I have had the pleasure of purchasing my first home from Carmen Briggs Hardcourts, and I must say that this review is long overdue but well-deserved. I cannot express enough gratitude for what Carmen has done for me and my family and as first-time homebuyers in a competitive market. From the moment I approached the property, Carmen was waiting for me on the front porch, and I could immediately sense that she was different from other real estate agents I had encountered. Carmen exuded warmth, genuineness, and a calming presence that instantly put me at ease. Little did she know that I had a lot riding on the house inspection that day as we lost our apartment that we were building due to an increase in price and we needed to upsize to a home as we were expecting the birth of our first child. I had told my wife that I was merely checking out another property, but after taking one walk around the house, I knew I wanted to make an offer. Carmen sat with me on the back balcony, overlooking the beautiful hills, and professionally guided me through the paperwork and the bidding process. To my sheer elation, joy, shock, and surprise, I signed a contract for our future home—the place where my wife, myself, and our baby boy, who was born on Australia Day this year, will create countless memories. I cannot express enough gratitude to Carmen Briggs and her team for their unwavering support and honesty throughout the entire process. They were there for me from the moment I walked through the front door, even helping me with mundane tasks of requesting assistance from the previous owner regarding the NBN box. Fantastic agent
Carmen is such a true professional when it comes to selling your home. She is so knowledgeable and helped walk us through the entire process of selling to make sure it was a smooth process. She was able to sell our house in record time and for a fantastic price. Such a wonderful person to deal with and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to sell your home. The support team she has are just as lovely and helpful as she is so all in all you are getting a great team to sell your home. She was also so helpful when it came to looking for our new house. As it turns out we had quite a short settlement period on the sale and she went out of her way to make sure we had temporary accommodation available if we needed it. In the end we were able to marry up settlement times for both the sale and purchase so it was not needed but it was good to know it was there, if needed. Thanks to the wonderful Carmen Briggs and her team for everything.
