Professional, amiable & accommodating!

From the onset, the entire team at Carmen Briggs Harcourt has been extremely professional, accommodating & transparent. In November 2022, we narrowed down on a property in The Gap and corresponded with Troy, who was very responsive and addressed our queries patiently. After the open home, we were also given time for a separate building & pest inspection. He patiently addressed all our concerns and gave additional suggestions as well. When we had some maintenance concerns, he offered to follow up till we occupied the house. The entire process from the offer stage to the final contract & settlement, was smooth and without any hurdles. Carmen has been clear and precise while guiding us as first time buyers. I would also like to mention Sophie who has been extremely pleasant, proactive and efficient in dealing with us in the last phase of our home owning journey. She’s followed up diligently regarding further inspection and been on site with us. Her pleasant manner, punctuality & amiability is an added asset.
