Heidi was amazing, without her I could not have achieved buying my first home

I have known Heidi many years, previously rented through Harcourts also. Since I work long weeks away overseas, Heidi was extremely helpful with purchasing my home site unseen! That’s how much I trusted her knowledge of what I would love and she was bang on with me purchasing my dream home. Heidi helped with everything remotely, answered my many questions, offered solid recommendations for third party involvement regarding the purchase from start to finish. Streamlined negotiations and even provided walkthrough recordings so I could see the house through her and the Harcourt teams eyes. Could not have done it without Heidi at all.
