•After viewing a commercial property with Heidi, I was immediately impressed with her low-key but extremely informed approach. Heidi continued to contact me with properties she though may interest me and her communication throughout until I made a purchase was sensational!! That I was a purchaser and Heidi's firm acted for the vendor created a conflict of interest well known in the real estate industry, as an agent has a fiduciary duty to both the buyer and seller - but the agent has to get the best price for the vendor while trying to get the best deal for the purchaser - tough paradox huh? All I can say is that Heidi assistance was incredibly professional to both parties and she managed the fiduciary obligations to both buyer and vendor with great skill. I can't recommend Heidi enough to any prospective purchaser or vendor, so list with her now if you're selling, or contact her if there's a property with her firm that you want to view. Heidi, you're a legend!!!!
