An Exceptional Agent
Heidi's performance in handling our house sale has been quite outstanding. First, and most importantly she knows the market. When we were selling, the gossip in Four Mile Creek (and, apparently, the opinion of another Estate Agent) was that "They'll never get that price." In fact, we sold in three weeks! Heidi was also unfailingly helpful, courteous and cheerful and was very reassuring when we had any concerns about the complexities of the sales process. Her down to earth video presentation of the property was masterful. She showed enthusiasm for the property's attractions while avoiding the hype, bluster and jargon that detract from so many sales pitches. We have no hesitation in recommending her to any potential seller.
