Harcourts Carrum Downs were excellent in their communication. Property manager Valene Spalk was fantastic, she made the process very straight forward and smooth as well as being friendly and helpful. All documentation was forwarded quickly, the condition report was incredibly detailed, and we had no issues collecting keys and moving into our new home. Highly recommend Harcourts Carrum Downs for renting. Of the multiple realestate agencies we have dealt with they are the best to rent with.
