The team at Harcourts (Jacqui and Kaitlyn) have been terrific in handling our investment properties. The communication has been excellent and we are kept up to date with regular calls and emails. They take care of the details, tracking and emplaining all the compliance and general maintenance requirements for us. Any issues are raised promptly, generally with a range of options provided, and in a manner that gives us confidence.
