Wonderful Experience

We are very happy with our experience at Harcourts Carrum Downs. Our dealings with Jane Jeffreys has been such a good experience. Since first requesting an Inspection at the Property that we have now leased, Jane has given us excellent customer service in all regards.. Jane gave us a personalised initial email response and during our Inspection of the Property, took the time to get to know us and we got to know her too. Jane was very pleasant, Professional and down to earth too. Jane kept us informed as to the progress of our application. Jane's personaised service to us after being successful was second none. Jane gladly went back to the premises in poor weather and took extra detailed photos of the property that we were seeking and gave us the extra information that we required which will make our move smoother. Janes willingness to go the extra yard where many Agents wouldn't is just amazing!
