Thankyou Harcourts..... particularly Paula.

Harcourt's were very easy to deal with. Paula knows the market, and knew what I had to do to get a great return with regards to the rent. Very prompt with inspections, and she gave me excellent details with regards to the applicants. I certainly have a lot of trust, in Paula, and feel confident with her "gut feelings" on prospective tenants. The house leased very quickly, I was always fully informed, by direct calls and texts, and kept completely in the loop. Paula knows who to call, with regards to property maintenance, and they too have delivered their services in a very expedient fashion (internal painting and carpets). Thanks Paula, you make what sometimes feels really daunting, very easy. Your help has been very much appreciated. David and Steven.
