Professional, knowledgeable about Frankston, and communicated clearly throughout.

Valene from Harcourts Carrum Downs has strong market knowledge, communicates clearly, and conducts herself with professionalism. Her understanding of the Frankston market was evident, and she provided helpful, relevant insights throughout the process. Unfortunately, Valene was away when the property was due to be advertised, and communication during that time was not as timely or transparent. However, despite these circumstances, the overall experience was positive and reliable.
