Professional and Friendly Staff

My partner and I have started renting with Harcourts Carrum Downs in November and have been impressed with the kindness and professionalism of the all the staff. Prior to our move in, the house was deep cleaned to ensure that it was up to scratch after the previous tenant left. The pick up of keys was efficient and well organised, all online forms were well made and we even received a call one week in to our tenancy to ensure we were settling in ok. This rental experience has been significantly better than some of our previous agencies, and I would highly recommend renting with this team to friends and family.
