Highly professional and supportive property management service
The property management team at Harcourts Carrum Downs recently assisted us with securing a tenant for an investment property. They impressed us with their time and care in explaining the process, their service and VIC regulations, particularly as we were investing from interstate. Little touches like popping around to the property to check the position of the power switch for us on short notice was greatly appreciated. Their communication is great, and we were reassured we had chosen the right team even before our property settled. When it came time for their service to begin they were an efficient machine - settlement on a Thursday, open house Saturday and a signed tenancy at asking price by Monday lunch time. Can’t ask for more. We would happily recommend this team based on our experience.
