A "Sea Change" purchase from a distance made easy.

The search for a property in our chosen seaside town, began over a year ago, when retirement was approaching and the desire to leave the big smoke was decided. This property caught our attention due to the price, type of build and proximity to the township, sporting club, beaches and waterway's. The initial enquiry and conversation with Peter Gill was extremely positive, providing us with an overview of the property, with an offer to arrange an inspection. After advising Peter we were 6 hours' drive away, it was no problem for him to arrange an inspection the following day at a time, that suited our arrival. Peter greeted us (on time) at the property, proceeding to show us around, providing knowledgeable commentary and answers, to all our questions. The next day, after a debrief, we contacted Peter for the opportunity to inspect the property again, prior to the 6-hour drive home, which again was no problem and greatly appreciated. Communication and negotiations with Peter over the following weeks were excellent, with a desirable acceptance to an offer, and our commitment to purchase. Working with Peter Gill and the Harcourts team has been an absolute pleasure.
