Peter was easy to communicate with imo & was interested in a balanced outcome for all concerned.

Peter carried on through a bad case of the flu & contained to communicate even when off work when he was clearly not well which speaks volume's for his commitment. He was extremely ethical across all interests and aspects of the sale. I feel extremely confident in recommending him & personally feel he will add significantly to his employers business. Even tho I had to except a price below my realistic expectations I have to acknowledge that at the time that was the market value based on that timeframe & market condition.
