Poor service and ability to follow directions.
Ever since our first agent Barb Thompson left Bellarine Rentals (Ray White), the skill levels of subsequent agents handling our property has significantly deteriorated over time. Since January we have given permission to fix a stormwater problem twice and only yesterday we were asked a third time if we were willing to approve the job request. We have asked to be called to discuss concerns over the phone and it never happens, we just receive follow up text messages requesting job approval. It is unacceptable client service, yet you continue take our management fees. I am too a point were I think I will start looking elsewhere for a better service. We have good tenants and I am sure they are getting annoyed with the lack of action been taken on specific job requests. I know I would if I was paying rent.
