Excellent

If you’re looking for an agent who gets things done quickly and efficiently, then contact Melissa! It has been so lovely dealing with an agent who is transparent, honest and genuinely cares about the people she is working with. Melissa understood how stressful these times can be and made the entire process so much easier by being prompt with responses, getting paperwork organised quickly and keeping me informed every step of the way. What really stood out to me was her friendly nature and the way she made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She never made me feel like just another client, but instead treated me with kindness, understanding and respect. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely does what they say they’re going to do, without all the stress, delays or unnecessary back and forth. Thank you, Melissa, for all your hard work, honesty and support. You’ve been an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I couldn’t recommend you highly enough to anyone looking for a fantastic real estate agent!
