As a retired real estate agent myself, Believe me when I Say that Chana was an absolute delight to work with. She is an extremely dedicated hard working and honest individual who has the best interest of her clients at heart. I had my property for sale with a well known agency that was around for a long time, and I had no offers at the price I wanted. I called up Chana because someone mentioned her name to me, that she has a lot of buyers and can sell property quickly off the market and for the best price. I invited Chana to my unit on Wednesday, she told me that she would bring me a buyer for exactly the price I wanted. I was critical initially as it was hard to believe she can do all this so quickly and without charging me any marketing. But Chana came through on her word and brought more people through in One day, then the other agent brought through in weeks. By Friday (less than two days after signing with Chana), my apartment was sold for exactly the price that I wanted! I am so happy that I called up Chana and I would recommend anyone that is looking to sell, to meet with Chana and give her the job. You won't regret it! She really is incredible! Chana understood that I needed the most money for my retirement, and rather than pushing me down like a lot of agents do, she listened and respected me and achieved the amount that I wanted.
