The Most Stressful, Unprofessional, and Emotionally Draining Property Experience We’ve Ever Had

a complete lack of duty of care and professionalism. Krish facilitated an initial, ineffective inspection at night and gave false reassurances. On settlement day, we arrived for the promised final inspection to find the property just vacated, cleaners starting, and tradesmen still working—unacceptable and not "professionally cleaned" as promised. When we aborted, Krish ignored all calls and messages. We were then denied our rightful final inspection. After settlement, we discovered multiple issues (holes in walls, a misaligned shower, a damaged pantry door, a suspected leak) that a proper inspection would have identified.
