Five offers and sold after first open home!!

We had a fantastic experience working with Mikaela. We initially met a number of months ahead of the expected sale period to map out what we needed to do to the house to prepare it for sale and Mikaela was able to propose the strategy likely to be adopted when we got to market including the likely price range, which she subsequently revised upward due to market shifts. Mikaela visited our house several times to check on our progress while we were prepping it for sale. Outcome was the house went on sale on a Wednesday afternoon in early December, a 30-minute open home hosted on the Saturday afternoon had 24 groups visit the house and by 4.00 pm that day, Mikaela had received five offers. We had several phone calls with her on Saturday afternoon and evening to check on negotiations and the contract process was initiated on Sunday with the successful purchasers at a sale price that we were more than happy with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mikaela to future house sellers.
