As you know, I was a nervous buyer given the hot market, and can say that I absolutely love the place. While you represent the seller, I have no doubt that the deal would never have come together without your ability to reach consensus and encyclopedic knowledge of the area and recent sales. Your interpretation of the various inspections and concerns and was appreciated.
