Exceptional agent

Kris sold a property for us previously when she was with another agency and I did not hesitate to contact her to sell my house again nine years later. She knows the property market well and is an exceptionally astute real estate agent. I think that what sets her apart is her excellent communication and people skills and the genuine warmth and engagement she brings to each job. She is also that exceptional person who is able to take her ego out of the equation, whilst still being honest in giving her opinion and appraisal of the outcome. The process of selling a house is always fraught with stress and unexpected hurdles. Kris makes herself available to deal with issues and answer questions whenever she is needed and was the stand out person who made the process bearable. This is the third house I have sold and I have had to deal with many real estate agents along the way both as a vendor and a buyer. Kris stands head and shoulders above any other agent I have dealt with and is exceptional at her job and a genuinely warm and lovely person to interact with.
