What a result!!

We met Chris Casey some nine years ago when we bought the house at Magill, and she kept in touch with us through regular newsletters and other information. As such, it as always our intention to contact her when and if we wanted to sell, and we are so glad we did! When she called she had all the locality information such as similar properties sold etc and was able to advise us on several aspects which would enhance the house for sale eg the use of a stylist and some small changes relating to overall appearance. We particularly liked her manner - informative and suggestive without pushiness. As a consequence, we had what we could only describe as a perfect sale! Two offers with others coming at our first open and just one more Monday afternoon open resulted in a total of seven offers - two of which far exceeded our highest hopes. To summarise, we had a very satisfactory sale by the end of the first week that the house was on the market. We have no doubt that Chris's approach to and communication with potential buyers was a huge part of our sale, and can recommend her to any potential house seller who wants excellent service and a good outcome.
