I've delt with SGW since my property was under construction, when they approached me offering to be my " eyes on the job " , as I live and work out of state. Doing that simple task for us took a lot of stress out of this project ,as the agents sent me up to date pictures as to the build progress that I wasn't getting from our builders as fast. It was then a very simple decision to contract them to cover our management duties , which they have done to an excellent standard , as if it was there one of there own . Following up on maintenance ,inspections and having a good relationship with the tennants , which makes being a Property investor a lot easier. Thanks again and keep up the good work
