Through the selling process, which wasn't easy, Blake kept smiling which we appreciated.

Our experience was Blakes knowledge of the current market was good and he had done the background work. He tried hard to communicate with some difficult "so called" interested parties in the early stages. We were concerned when Covid - 19 hit especially as we were paying bridging finance for the purchase of our new home. When the new buyer presented, Blake managed them well and the result of the sale was pleasing.
