Paul was fantastic to deal with in helping us acquire the ideal property for our business. Often agricultural sales are conducted under a fair amount of emotional attachments - and Paul was able to successfully help us navigate the more sensitive side of the transaction, while giving us the best possible start at a new venture. He kept in constant contact throughout the negotiation, cooling off, and settlement - even airing potential concerns as early as possible to avoid any surprises.
