Fantastic!

Matt was our chosen agent to market my Mum's home she had been living in for nearly 50 years, selling it to move into a Lifestyle Village. We chose Matt because he was immediately able to build a rapport with my Mum, who is 88 years of age, He displayed a warm and caring nature. He presented as a man of honesty and integrity. Whilst my Mum had made her own decision to move, she was experiencing a range of mixed emotions during the process of selling her home she had lived in since arriving in Australia. Throughout the process, Matt was very kind, caring and, showed empathy for my Mum, making the experience a lot easier for her to cope with. From the outset, Matt did everything he said he would, e.g. following up with potential purchasers immediately following open inspections and, then promptly informing of us of feedback and, presenting offers. The house was sold after only 2 open inspections. Mum asked me to write this review for her telling me to give Matt a 'glowing' reference as he was 'lovely'! I would recommend Matt to anyone considering selling their property.
