Great experience as first time landlord

As first time landlords, we were understandably nervous about navigating the complicated process of getting our place ready to be leased. Chris and Maria made the first contact and appointment to view our place, whereas the other agencies we contacted really only called to chat. We loved that personal touch and it put us at ease. They explained the market potential of our unit in simple terms and we were made well aware of the time frame coming into spring where the rental market starts getting competitive. Photographer came and did photos of the place and it looked absolutely amazing! It took about a month from 1st contact til we leased, and it all happened in 1 open! So important to choose the right people to work with that matches your style. It was a delight to have them guide us through the process as we learnt a few things about this game too. Ecstatic that our first experience was so memorable, all thanks to Chris and Team!
