Full service and peace of mind

I had previously rented through Harris Tripp and had a great experience, so wanted my tenant to also be looked after. Kristian has been amazing to work with. This is my first property and first time being a landlord, and Kristian was lovely and patient through the whole process, answering my questions. He is super responsive, and would proactively give me updates on how my property was going. My property required some minor renovations. Kristian managed this directly with a builder, organising a quote and handing over the keys to them. Following the renovations, Kristian also organised for a cleaner to make sure the place was looking its best for inspections. Knowing that my property and tenant are in the capable hands of Kristian and his team has given me great peace of mind. Thank you!
