•Jordan provided a wonderful trouble free process for the sale of our unit. After first contact he assessed the property and suggested a program of work which was efficiently undertaken giving the unit a fresh coat of paint and furnishings. He then had a clean and attractive product. He carefully explained the possible selling methods, pricing and the likely response to the agreed selling price. After the first inspections he provided promptly a summary of the interested parties and continued to keep us informed of all inspections as they occurred. A weekly summary of these was provided during the sale. Jordan presented an acute knowledge of the local market which allowed for a review of the selling process as interest momentarily fell away following an increase in supply in the local area. He worked tirelessly on assessing and encouraging possible buyers which resulted in an acceptable offer for the property prior to the auction. A short period of competition between another buyer resulted in a price which met and exceeded our expectations. All this with small effort on our part, but obviously considerable effort on Jordan's part. We are completely satisfied with the manner of the selling process and the final price achieved by Jordan. His friendliness and businesslike manner were far above my expectations
