Very accessible, open & helpful throughout the process

Adem was very helpful throughout the entire process, from the negotiating stage and right through the cooling off period. As first home buyers, Adem was great in letting us have a voice whilst also taking the time and patience to explain the processes involved whilst also giving an understanding of the vendors needs. He had the right balance of professionalism whilst also being personable, this made us very comfortable throughout the process - of which we are very thankful!
