Wasn’t a great experience! Never again!

I don’t believe Chris promoted the property to the best of his ability! He did promise the world and advised he had a list of developers and undelivered! He also had professional cleaners who were friends of his who did a terrible job and I had to spend 6 hours cleaning but he thought that was ok? Chris advise me the cleaning company gave him footy tickets! But I used a painter recommended by Chris who thought the guy deserved a chance? How in earth Chris had him on his recommend list is beyond me? I used the painter he stole a ladder and other things but denied it? He was aware my dad was in a nursing home but he still had no urgency! However we went with him! I had to push Chris to sell the house as I didn’t think he was proactive enough! But I refuse to be bullied by him! Chris you need to learn some manners! I would never use Chris or Harris real estate ever again! We over paid for marketing as he printed way too much! We would never use Chris or Harris ever again! Our family walked away but grateful the house sold!
