Mel is an exceptional rental agent. She is incredibly responsive and always attended to my requests—even on weekends. The property was quite unique since it was initially furnished, but I decided to remove all the furniture, which made the rental process take a bit longer than usual. Throughout it all, Mel gave excellent advice and was extremely diligent in contacting and following up with prospective tenants. I’m very happy with the price we achieved.
