After being let down by other agents, Mel offered extraordinary insight and support to help us re-tenant our large house. Mel was extremely efficient, following thru on each aspect of what she said she would, and providing awesome contacts. I now understand the meaning of Harrison’s boutique level of customer service.. where relationship is built from trust that is earned over time through consistent action and professional communication. Just disappointed that Mel / Harrison’s isn’t in our neck of the woods yet.
