Always responsive with exceptional market knowledge and quality delivery

Our investment property is managed by Mel and the team at Harrison Agents Hobart and we couldn’t be happier. From the start, they found quality tenants quickly, are very responsive, proactive, and always keep us in the loop on anything that matters, big or small. When maintenance issues have come up, they’ve handled them promptly and professionally, sourcing reliable tradespeople and keeping costs reasonable without compromising on quality. As out-of-town investors, having someone we can trust to manage things smoothly makes all the difference. Mel has made owning an investment property genuinely hassle-free, and we would recommend her and her team without hesitation to anyone looking for a property manager who actually delivers.
