Great interpersonal skills . Always on the ball with what is going on with the tenancy. Very much available to answer queries and respect owners suggestions. Communication(written and verbal) always prompt. Good knowledge of tracking new tenants and doing background checks. Prompt in responding to any problems. Would highly recommend for diligence to their work. Wouldn't be without them Very trustworthy.
