Outstanding service!

Having just sold my home, I was unsure how to go about organising a rental. However out of the blue Super Mel (Melissa Groves) responded to an enquiry regarding a property that unfortunately got snapped just before I enquired. However Mel went into solution mode, with proactive emailing me properties that were in a range I was interested in. Mel's communication has been prompt, detailed and personalised. Shes been outstanding to deal with. Plus, she actually did the settlement on my previous house and also did a fantastic job there too! Thanks Mel x
