Leasing after a lovely long term tenant

I was a little concerned in re- leasing my rental property after a long term tenant that treated the property so lovingly and respectfully. All I asked my property manager, Georgia to do is to find someone that would do the same. She was able to find a young family that had been renting through herself and Harrison’s for many years, and she was able personal vouch for them. She had undertaken many scheduled inspections and always found their property well maintained and respected. I was required to undertake some laundry repairs which overlapped the predicted entry date by a number of weeks. Georgia was able to negotiate with the new tenants, and updated them on expected completion through the entire process. Georgia is an amazingly professional manager that treats property owners and tenants with respect, but also strongly sets expectations for both parties. Thankyou to Nikita for researching the market and personally visiting the property to get a realistic value and advertising package together and explaining the process of signing up with Harrison’s. Looking forward to seeing my property managed by Georgia over the next few years
