Communication is the basis of any successful relationship and Josh rated 10/10 in this area.

Josh is a knowledgeable, presentable and honest young man. We were straight with him from the beginning and he returned the favour throughout the selling process. He and Piper (I call them Batman and Robin) are a perfect team in real estate. They are both very personable and complement each other in many ways. They were both on the same page, they both had knowledge of all interested parties and would give excellent feedback and advice. They both very quickly seemed to understand our aim and needs throughout the selling of our property. Josh allowed Piper to negotiate on our behalf which gave us confidence as she had the first communication with our buyer. She was able to increase the offer but knew when limits were reached. When our buyer requested early access to the property they gave us very useful and honest advice which we really respected. Overall we would recommend Josh (and Piper) as quality real estate agents who work hard to achieve the sellers aims.
