Could Trust From The Start

We found Courtney by attending Open Homes to see how agents would treat us without knowing us, or that we were even about to sell. Upon meeting Courtney at an Open, she was very polite and friendly, approachable, knowledgeable of the house she was selling, and followed up on that house personally. We interviewed 2 other young agents with similar experience, who were also impressive, but chose Courtney because once she had seen our property, her passion and drive to sell it was unmistakably genuine. What we didn't know was, by using Courtney, we were gifted the most quintessential and impressive marketing we could have imagined. She personally attended the video shoot to produce the necessary dynamic, chose photos, and when brought together with well resourced retro music delivered a little masterpiece. I have since seen her do this with other houses, to really capture their essence, even a 'haunted' manor! Perhaps she has a future in film making?? She constantly stayed in touch, sometimes multiple times a week and negotiated several high offers for us, even having to begin again a few weeks in after the first accepted buyer did not achieve their finance - no fault of hers! Courtney did everything she could to relaunch our campaign successfully, even sponsoring a paid add on our behalf. Do not be deceived - although Courtney has a slight build, (and is always immaculately presented), she possesses a quiet, inner strength and steeliness, required for tough negotiation. We highly recommend her!!
