He found us our ‘unicorn’

We were looking for a unique and sought after type of rural property. We’d contacted Jarrah about another listing that ended up not being suitable, we gave him our wish list and he was very proactive in getting us through a listing that had not yet hit the public market. This was really good of him as he could have easily taken it to public market given how competitive the current property market is. It made all the difference to us and we are now settled in our forever home, the “unicorn” property we were looking for. Communication was straight forward and Jarrah was generous with his time during our inspections as being a rural property we wanted to give it a very throughout going over including walking the boundaries which takes time. Overall we’d be happy to work with Jarrah again and we also hope we don’t need an agent for a very long time :)
