Shelley is the ideal agent if you are looking for a real estate professional who can simultaneously be friendly in communication tone and terrifically professional in cutting straight to the important details. My experience of Shelley was that she did not oversell or use hype or set unrealistic expectations. She presented data that created a confidence that Shelley would follow through on commitments. We were grateful that Shelley was up-front about options regarding costs and likely outcomes. We were dealing with Shelley from outside Tasmania yet she handled some of the problematic logistics of setting up the unit for sale with ease and was quick to solve any niggles.
