Very happy with Luke’s salesman ship skills and genuine concern towards reaching our goal

I was impressed with Luke’s homework 📚 on the street we were selling in,initially the market was ok’ish however with the Federal Labour shifting the goal posts on investors we were then relying on the local market to obtain a good but fair market price,With 1 open home under our belt with only 4 couples coming through,2 of them indicating a price way lower than all our predictions. That’s when Luke’s experience came in by changing tactics with the second open home we had 10 couple through,landing an offer from one of the first couples that met our expectations considering the market had changed heading south.
