Founder Anthony Hartshorn likes to get things right. And, let’s face it, he quite likes being right too. Both attributes make him the perfect person to liaise with when it comes to real estate. You want your tenant or your property to be just right for you. Anthony does all the research (on you, the tenant, and the market) to ensure that it is. He’ll be upfront and tell you if it’s not! He’s passionate about an honest approach to his clients, understanding that real estate is more than financial transactions. Sometimes he even admits to them they’re right first (written with tongue-firmly-in-cheek.) Born in Deniliquin, NSW, Anthony fell into Real Estate after working in retail. Sauntered might be an even better word for it. He applied for an administration job on the coast wearing boardies and a tee, managed to get it, and has never looked back. He then moved to holiday management, property management and on to sales, and is now a licenced agent in NSW and VIC. Working for numerous big companies over the years has taught him many things. Both what to do, and what not to do. Establishing his own business with a small team that’s focussed on nurturing relationships has been a dream come true. Anthony is knowledge-driven (data-obsessed, some might say) and loves to share his insights with clients. Outside of work, Anthony unwinds both playing and watching sport. Footy is slowly starting to take a back seat as his body says no but he’s still determined to hit a cricket ball in just the right part of the bat each time. He doesn’t mind hard work or getting his hands dirty and (with some expert help) was instrumental in converting the current Hartshorn office-space from old newsagent to what it is today, as well as perfecting his own abode with some renovations.
