Alison is THE best

We never had a real estate agent who was so smart, so aware of the market or so knowledgeable about current market prices and how to sell houses. Alison is also a talking encyclopaedia when it comes to discussing anything to do with how to get the best price for your home and will educate you about what will or will not sell and exactly why. She knows what to do with furniture. She knows how to stage a house. She is highly intelligent and motivated in such a way you will know you don’t have to worry about a damn thing. Alison did literally all the work involved to sell our house - she also sold it very quickly and found more than one buyer. All her predictions about them were correct. She understands human psychology, how people work and how to communicate clearly and well. She is right on target in every way you need her to be, besides knowing what you don’t and making sure you have done everything an owner should take care of that will attract buyers. We were 100% relaxed and carefree throughout the process because her personality is such that you simply know fast you don’t need to worry and she is not just highly experienced, but confident after years in the business. Alison doesn’t have to sell - she is one of the players who simply sells better than others because her experience comes across in a way that puts you into cruise mode while she breezes through another sale. Seriously, she is the agent you want to remember you picked (and not the one you want to hear about after you sold a house) who got you the best price possible. She’s also a genuinely lovely person.
