Dedicated and Hardworking Sale Agent!

Jon from Hayden and Whiting is a hardworking sales agent! He helped with getting the unit into tip-top condition for the sales; organized painting, new carpets and new blinds so that the sales will be successful. The company Hayden and Whiting was proactive in solving problems and getting everything ready. This is not one of the big chain of Real Estate Agencies but the service and responsiveness is way ahead and superior than that of the big companies. I always get personal telephone updates from Jon and the Partner Glenn, even after office hours. Both of them gave extremely good advice and we were able to get a good price for the property. The settlement was very fast (4 weeks) as they worked with the buyer and my solicitor to fast track the process. The cooling period was also shortened. I would highly recommend Jon for any sales of property! Glenn as the Partner in the company and lending his support and hand in the sales and the process behind the office front was very professional! Both are great value!!
