Fantastic!!

Michelle exceeded our expectations, she claimed we would have a buyer within 2 weeks, in fact we had a buyer within 1 week!! The price offered was away above our reserve. We were prepared for a 90 day settlement, Michelle advised it would be more like 43 days which is better, but turned out to be 21 days! Fantastic in every way!
