Michelle was my first choice Agent for Mum’s Unit because of my past dealings with her.

Michelle was excellent in every way. I’ve bought and sold 8 properties for my family, and numerous others for clients when I worked as a Chartered Accountant. I first met Michelle over 20 years ago, and she still has the same honesty and integrity from then. Michelle gave us an accurate assessment of the property value about 3 months before Mum entered Aged Care. Once she went in, we needed to sell the property quickly to pay the bond. Michelle gave us accurate and timely advice throughout the sale process. She was always ready to talk, and even dealt with a potential buyer on Christmas Day and Boxing Day when if she’d asked me I would have told her to leave it. When we ran into a slight issue during the campaign, Michelle gave us the correct advice and a sale was made at the price we had agreed within days. Since the sale, Michelle kept us informed right up to when the contract went ‘unconditional’ when the purchaser’s finance was approved. I am intending on selling my own property in the near future to hopefully move interstate and I have already discussed this with Michelle, and she has also provided us with guidance on appointing a buyers agent interstate. Prior to selling Mum’s place, I wanted to get a valuation on my own place. We got two Agents to come in and the brief was simple. Attend the property, discuss the value, then provide us with a brief written estimate without any campaign advice. Michelle followed this request exactly. The other Agent constantly emailed and text us during the process, and provided us with a fully costed campaign - something we specifically asked not to be done. Michelle actually listed to what we wanted and delivered what we asked. No more and no less. I am a very straightforward person. Michelle picked this up instantly and communicated with me appropriately. The other agent was told exactly why they failed. I would recommend Michelle to anyone looking to sell any property at any price point.
