•Back on Monday 6/11/17 we met with four different prospective real estate agent firms, to sound them out as to estimated selling price, suggested marketing strategy, what fee structure applicable, estimated time frame to achieve a sale. Estimated sale price via different agents was $379/420K. From Hayes Winckle both Peter Norman and Michelle Winckle came to our Grovedale home. After reviewing each speil we reviewed data presented. On the morning of 7/11/17; Peter Norman travelled from Geelong to our home in Narre Warren South, some 2 hour drive each way overnight to provide more technical information and a welcome pack of goodies. Clearly Hayes Winckle then was our preferred agent. Sole listing appointment signed on 8/11/17, with time allowed for photos, signage, internet listing etc to create interest before first open for inspection on weekend of 18/11 and 19/11. Monday 20/11/17; Peter followed up all persons who inspected home, negotiated with four persons putting in offers, within our selling range $399/429K range. Peter Was able to ultimately achieve a very good result of $440K, far above our initial expectations. Contract of sale signed and locked in done by 21/11/17. Given earlier estimates in range $379/420K, very pleased with Peter Norman’s efforts.
