Thorough market knowledge, good contacts and open consultative approach

This is our fifth sale that we've trusted to Andrew. He must be doing something right! We often enter the market at difficult times which, with his acquired knowledge, has enabled him to reach out to resources beyond the immediate market. His pricing and knowledge of each of our properties in different suburbs has always been spot on. Andrew is always available well outside office hours.
