On auction day she brought with he her a team of agents from hayswinkle to help manage the process & talk with potential buyers. During the bid calling michelle controlled the flow from the hopeful bidders, when the bidding slowed she talked up the propertys attributes & got it moving again, even working in the rain achieving an outstanding result.
Rachael's abillity to bring in potential buyers to view the property was amazing. i thought there would be a limit to how many people would be that interested & come. Racheal kept a flow of potential buyers comming through the door for a period of weeks right up to the sale. Her work behind the scenes after the inspections was tireless checking in with new & existing interested buyers. Everytime interest was shown enquires made i was informed. All questions or further information were promtly answered the big ones a phone call smaller ones a text. Everything leading up to the auction day & sale of my property was fluent & methodical with the least interruption & stress to me as practical. Would recommend Rachael & her team to anyone.
